Infeed methods

In recent years, GTE has specialised in numerous Infeed options. For example, Infeed by means of bowl feeders, hoppers or a conveyor belt for machine-to-machine Infeed. We also have extensive experience with flexible Infeed methods like Anyfeeder, FlexiBowl, Bin Picking, and Tubs & Trays.

Infeed verification using Vision

While automating the Infeed of products is great, it’s also important that this is done correctly. That’s why our machines are usually equipped with a Vision system, which can check, for example, if products are orientated correctly before being picked up and packed by a robot or cobot. A Vision check can also be performed on, for example, the printing on a syringe, so you can make sure it has one before being packed.
