Punch and Seal Machine
For a startup we developed a 'low volume' sealing machine. The startup wants to have sealed smaller numbers of lens boxes and also needed a tool for punching out the seal material. Therefore we developed a 'low cost tool', which enables him to seal the desired number of boxes with process steps which are easy to validate.
The punching tool punches out the correct size lid from the roll seal material. After this, the customer can fill the lens box manually and put the lid material on it. Then he seals the box by a two-hand operation to guarantee safety.
